How do I book a package?
You can book a package through our website. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS.
How will I receive my booking confirmation?
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your booking is successfully processed.
When will I receive my travel vouchers?
Your travel vouchers will be sent to you 72 hours before your departure date, provided full payment has been made.
Can I customize my package?
Yes, our packages are customizable. You can make changes to your itinerary, and the final cost will be adjusted accordingly.
What expenses are not included in the package?
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, and other incidentals are not included.
What happens if my package is canceled due to bad weather or natural calamities?
If your package is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will strive to provide the maximum possible refund as per our agreements with trade partners and vendors.
What if I don’t make payment on time?
Failure to make payments as per the provided schedule may result in the cancellation of your booking. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our cancellation policy.
Do I need to provide my passport details when booking?
Yes, the passenger names in the booking must match exactly as per the passport. We are not responsible for any penalties due to incorrect details.
Are baggage fees included in flight bookings?
If your package includes a low-cost carrier (e.g., AirAsia, Scoot, Fly Dubai), baggage is not included. You can add baggage at an additional cost.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability.
Can I change my hotel after booking?
If your selected hotel is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of a similar category.
