By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Terms

  • All bookings require full payment at the time of confirmation.
  • Prices do not include entrance fees to sightseeing points unless stated.
  • Payments made are non-refundable unless specified in our cancellation policy.

Travel & Accommodation

  • Standard hotel check-in time is 2 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
  • If the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternative of similar category will be provided.
  • Guests are responsible for their own travel documents (visa, passport, etc.).

Sightseeing & Activities

  • Entrance fees must be paid directly at the sightseeing locations.
  • The chauffeur acts as an assistant but is not a licensed tour guide.
  • Complimentary activities are subject to availability and cannot be refunded if unavailable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural disasters) will be processed as per agreements with our partners.
  • If payment is not made as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel the booking with applicable cancellation charges.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused during travel.
  • We are not responsible for missed flights due to delays beyond our control.

Additional Terms

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email and an SMS confirming your booking. If you need assistance, please contact us at +94710687088. We are open seven days a week.
  • Vouchers will be sent 72 hours before your departure date, subject to full payment.
  • Packages are customizable, and the final payment will be calculated as per activities outlined in the confirmation email.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, minibar, and alcoholic beverages are not included.
  • In case of cancellation due to natural calamities or weather conditions, we will strive to provide the maximum possible refund as per agreements with our trade partners.
  • If payment is not made as per the schedule in the booking confirmation email, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, and refunds will be as per the cancellation policy.
  • Passenger names in the booking must match passport details. We are not liable for any fees due to incorrect details.
  • Low-cost airline packages may not include baggage. Additional baggage can be added at an extra cost within 5 days before departure.
  • Hotels abroad may request a security deposit at check-in, refundable at check-out.
  • Day at Leisure means no sightseeing activities are included for that day.
  • The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges levied by hotels for occasions such as New Year and Christmas.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
